Do you offer a free working beta on our real data?
Yes. Under NDA, we build a working beta on your actual data with a contained scope agreed upfront — free. If it proves the value, a contract takes it to production. If it doesn't, you spent nothing. We take on a small number of betas at a time; when we're at capacity, we're at capacity.
Who is Codality for?
Small and mid-size businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, glue tools, and off-the-shelf software that doesn't fit how they operate. Teams that need custom software and AI that ships — not another platform they have to bend around.
When is AI warranted — and when isn't it?
AI earns a place when it clearly improves a workflow on your real data. It isn't warranted as a buzzword layer on broken process. We recommend AI only when we can prove it works in your environment; otherwise we ship solid software without forcing it in.
Should we buy another SaaS tool or build custom software?
Buy when a product fits your workflow with light configuration. Build when you've already tried that path and the gaps are the work — integrations, unique operations, or processes no catalog product was designed for. We help you decide honestly before either path.
